(Owner of Blog)Exclusive : Sony Ericsson Playstation Android 3.0 Phone
Exclusive: Sony Ericsson to introduce
Playstation Android 3.0 Smartphone
There's no question that gaming on the Android platform has heretofore been relatively underwhelming, but that looks like it's all about to change. It seems that Sony Ericsson -- a company that has yet to even introduce an Android 2.0 device -- is at work on a project to redefine gaming on Google's mobile platform. We now know (via a trusted source) that the company is actively and heavily developing a brand new gaming platform, ecosystem, and device (possibly alongside Google) which are already in the late stages of planning. And we've got the goods on it.
As for the hardware, Engadget notes that the first device created by Sony Ericsson for this new endeavor will have a mixture between XPERIA and PlayStation branding. The possible specifications are jaw-dropping, which Engadget has listed as a “cross between the Samsung Captivate and PSP Go” and they describe in further details.
The phone should be running the latest version of Google’s Android OS- 3.0 Gingerbread. It has the following specifications:
- 1 GHz Qualcomm Processor
- 512 MB RAM, 1 GB ROM
- Screen is at least 3.7″ ( We expect a big screen as it’s ideal for gaming)
- micro-SD Card Slot
- Multi Touch Touchpad
- Camera with LED Flash (We’re guessing around 5MP)
- TFT touchscreen, 16M colors
On the software side, it looks like the device will be running Gingerbread (Android 3.0) with a phone-specific skin, and there will be a new area of the Android Market specifically for the games. That content will be initially accessible only by the halo device, but from the sounds of things, these titles might be made available to other Android phones if their specs and button layouts meet requirements. Games will be graphically in the range of PSX or PSP games, meaning true 3D gaming is headed to Android. Titles currently being shown off seem to be focused around some older PSX as well as new PSP offerings, with God of War, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, and LittleBigPlanet possibly on tap, and future plans for titles which incorporate augmented reality features.
It also looks like no UI skinning has been done such as the Timescape UI. It maybe because of the fact that its buggy or because the pictures show a prototype device.
The release date is rumoured to be either 4th quarter of 2010 or 1st quarter of 2011. No details about pricing are known.

What is a proxy server

What is a proxy server ???
The word Proxy is derived from a Latin word proximus which means “close”.A proxy is actually a server which helps us maintaining our privacy on the Internet. It is just like a wall between you and the Internet. When you use a proxy, the webpage on the other side won’t be able to see you, webpage interacts with the proxy and proxy in return shows us the webpage. In this way a proxy server works. A client connects to the proxy server, requesting some service, such as a file, connection, web page, or other resource, available from a different server. The proxy server evaluates the request according to its filtering rules.
For example, it may filter traffic by IP address or protocol. If the request is validated by the filter, the proxy provides the resource by connecting to the relevant server and requesting the service on behalf of the client. A proxy server may optionally alter the client’s request or the server’s response, and sometimes it may serve the request without contacting the specified server.
A proxy server can be used for various purposes such as :
- Hiding machine or other servers from public. It provides security.
- To speed up access to resources (using caching). Web proxies are commonly used to cache web pages from a web server.
- To open blocked sites in college schools and some times in offices.
- To bypass security/ parental controls.
- To protect your real identity on internet.
A proxy server that passes requests and replies unmodified is usually called a gateway or sometimes tunneling proxy.A proxy server can be placed in the user’s local computer or at various points between the user and the destination servers on the Internet.
A reverse proxy is (usually) an Internet-facing proxy used as a front-end to control and protect access to a server on a private network, commonly also performing tasks such as load-balancing, authentication, decryption or caching.
It was all general about proxies. In my next article i will discuss how to use online proxies and using proxy along with your browser. I will discuss how to configure proxy with either Internet Explorer or Mozilla firefox. If you want me to discuss how to configure proxy in browser you use, you can leave browser name in comments. I will discuss proxy configuration in that browser which will receive maximum votes.

Apple Laptops To Get Touch Panels
Apple Laptops To Get Touch Panels
A report suggests new Apple laptops are getting display upgrades...
A lot of rumors have been swirling around the Apple notebook whirlpool lately, and today the waves started to stir once again. The Commercial Times, a Chinese newspaper, has reported that new Apple notebooks will come with a touch panel display, supplied by Taiwan-based company Wintek. The story also goes on to say that Quanta Computers has been tasked to make the new series of Apple notebooks.
According to the report, Wintek revealed that they are currently in the process of working with Apple to develop new products, and while no shipment date has been confirmed, the company believes that new items could be out by the second half of 2009. An Apple laptop touch screen that could potentially rival the one built into the iPhone? Where do we sign up? Of course we might have to stop eating buffalo wings while typing to avoid getting tasty sauce on the screen. Then again….Apple laptop and tasty sauce? We might be on to something.
If the story turns out to be true, is this what you Apple lovers have been waiting for, or would you prefer more productive features instead? Share your comments below.

Nokia E-7 Coming in Q4 of 2010
Nokia E-7 " The Ultimate Business Smartphone"
The jewel in Nokia’s crown today was its E7. Introduced at the keynote as an evolution of the Nokia Communicator Series, there was a heavy emphasis on business placed on the E7’S conception and projected end use. Borrowing heavily from the other devices showcased, its aesthetics come straight from the Nokia N8 (anodised aluminium chassis) as well as its HDMI out. The E7 also takes the liberty of adding a few features to those of its counterparts, with 4 inches of AMOLED Clear Black Display covering the fascia, as well as a cavity in the device containing the landscape QWERTY when the screen is flicked out. The mechanism for the screen sliding is reminiscent to that of the N97, but on the whole feels more solid as the device is less plastic than its predecessor, and is better able to support such moving parts. As for the QWERTY keyboard, it is well spaced and sufficiently raised to provide comfortable use for a short time, though a conclusive report will come when we receive our test unit

AT&T to start selling Windows Phone 7
units on November 8 ???
AT&T Inc. said Friday it will be the first wireless carrier to offer smart phones running Microsoft Corp.'s new mobile operating system, Windows Phone 7.
Microsoft badly needs a winner, as it has suffered scalding setbacks in the mobile business in recent years.
The Wall Street Journal reported Friday, based on anonymous sources, that Microsoft will formally unveil the new software Oct. 11, with AT&T selling Windows Phone 7 handsets starting four weeks later.
AT&T offered a brief confirmation.
"AT&T is the premier launch partner," the company said.
One of the first Windows Phone 7 handsets will come from Samsung Electronics Co., whose North American wireless division is based in Richardson.
Samsung said Friday it is making "a long-term commitment to including Windows Phone 7 in its smart phone portfolio."
HTC Corp. and LG Electronics Inc. are also expected to have Windows Phone 7 devices at launch, according to the Journal.
Microsoft has acknowledged falling behind in the smart phone market.

Although for the guys in Europe, the rumor mill says that they’ll have the smartphone released on October 21, weeks prior to those in US. A report from the Wall Street Journal also says that aside from Microsoft, AT&T will be launch devices from Samsung, LG & HTC and AT&T will be the exclusive carrier of the Microsoft handset early on.

7-Inch iPad 2 With Two Cameras
7-Inch iPad 2 with two cameras coming in early 2011
It looks like Apple isn't taking for granted their new biggest iPad competition --the Samsung Galaxy Tab, yet, with reported claims from Rodman & Renshaw analyst Ashok Kumar, the company is now working for much smaller, dual-camera iPad version, which is set to debut Q1 of 2011.
Notable features for the supposedly upcoming iPad will be the new size with 7-inch, matching the single-hand friendly Galaxy Tab. Kumar, also claims that it will have a dual camera (front and back), that can also utilized FaceTime prior to iPhone and new iTouch, that's also remarkably countering Galaxy Tab dual-camera features.
Well, it seems that Apple is learning from their competitions, but they should be introducing much more than what Galaxy Tab specifics offers, or else, by next year we know that the market will be cluttered by Android Tablets, and yes, like the netbook vs. iPad, the Apple products can be eaten up by Android.

Google to rival iPad
Google to rival iPad with its own Android-based Phone
Did you still remember the Chrome OS, well if not that’s better since Google seemingly wants their supposed to be tablet to rival the iPad to still run on Android dubbed to be a “large phone”. However, if you will notice “large phone” will fit app-wise for Android operating system.
The idea comes up last January when Google CEO Eric Schmidt was asked about the iPad. "You might want to tell me the difference between a large phone and a tablet," he said. New York Times also reports, Schmidt "told friends at a recent party in Los Angeles about the new device, which would exclusively run the Android operating system."
With still mysteries on the side of Google regarding their own tablet the reports that Google is in talks with content publishers to bring books, magazines and more to the future device this seems to be almost-like official.

All in all, you don't have to be a rocket scientist to grasp the overall interface and control it.
Setting up your Apple TV is also fairly simple, you just need to sync it with your iTunes account and you're good to go. Although as mentioned in the remote control, text input can be cumbersome as it is done through a long list of letter presented to you instead of a QWERTY-like keypad.
As for the content themselves, they're relatively easy to rent. For movies, you are given a day to watch them while 2 days are for TV shows. Unwatched content are then stored for 30 days. Renting content is also not limited to the Apple TV as you can do them with your iPod/iPhone/iPad. But, you can't do it the other way around.

*Excellent Ravage Transformer Jaguar USB Flash Drive*
Here is the excellent gadget for the Transformer mania. For the Transformer lovers, they would be delighted to buy some excellent action figures of the Transformer’s characters. The only lack of those action figures is; they are only toys that have no other usages. It means, you had to spend some money just to buy those things. Perhaps, they would need to get many excellent kinds of gadgets that anyone would love to have.
So, we are currently discussing about the excellent transformers 2 ravage jaguar USB flash drive. This is the excellent kind of gadget for the gadget freaks that happened to be the Transformer lover as well. They could transform the USB flash drive into the Ravage Jaguar that we have seen on the screen before. Although it doesn’t really have the stunning capability (reading speed 12 MB/sec and writing speed is 7MB.sec which is considerably as slow), still we could get proud of it.
With the excellent mechanism, somehow this USB Flash drive could be transformed into the Ravage Jaguar character on the Transformer movie. This USB Flash Drive has several options of capacity such as the 2 GB, 4 GB, and also the 8 GB. Well guys, get this excellent gadget for your collections, and trust me, it looks cool.

***Birth Of Microsoft***
Hello Friends,
Lets talk about the Microsoft Corporation Limited.Born in October 28, 1955 William Henry Gates III was born to a rich family with a business, law and political history. Bill Gates father was a prominent lawyer and his mother served as the board of director for First Interstate Banc-system. Bill Gates was a bright and intelligent person from childhood which prompted his parents to enroll him with the Lakeside School.
The Lakeside school had then decided to educate the students with the knowledge of computers. Computers then were too heavy and costly for schools to afford. However, the school raised funds and bought a DEC PDP-10 made by General Electric.
Bill Gates, his friend Paul Allen and other Lakeside Students fell in love with the computers. They were inseparable making the lab their home day and night. Gates and Allen spent their entire day reading articles, books and magazines related to computing and the rest on programming. This lead to problems with the Lakeside faculty and for the school. The school ran out of budget on maintaining these computers and Bill and Allen lost their interest in studies.
However, Computer Center Corporation a Seattle business offered their computer assistance to the school. This would mean more computing time and knowledge for Bill and the young comrades. They now skipped classes, rarely submitted home works and had used all of their school computer time.
Well, the story of these computer freaks or what ever you wish to call, did not end up here. Their minds now led them to hack the school security system and even alter the files which record the number of school computing time used. The nuisance was finally caught and Computer Center Corporation finally banned them from their system for several weeks.
What would these computer addicts do without computers? They formed the Lakeside Programmers Group in late 1968. Might be they had the adrenaline by birth to change the world forever. They wanted to apply their ideas in the real world and in real time situations to make life better.
What more can be good for these young comrades? The same company who threw them out had now some serious issues. Computer Center Corporation was facing issues as the system had week security and was crashing frequently. This was when they remembered the hackers and their impressive assaults on their computer. They asked Bill, Allan and the other comrades to help fix bugs and find issues with security and reliability. In return, Computer Center Corporation would provide them unlimited computer time. Well, as you would have assumed by now, this was too big a temptation to resist for the addicts. Gates remembering those early years mentions, “It was when we got free time at C-cubed (Computer Center Corporation) that we really got into computers. I mean, then I became hardcore. It was day and night”
In 1974, Allen stepped on a magazine while he was on the way to meet his fellow comrade Bill Gates. Little did they realize what he saw would change their life for ever. On the Popular Electronics magazine cover was a photo of Altair 8080 with the headline “World’s First Microcomputer Kit to Rival Commercial Models.”
Allen just rushed back to Bill’s dorm with the magazine. They soon found out the maker of Altair, MITS (Micro Instrumentation and Telemetry Systems). Gates called them up in the next couple of days stating they have developed a BASIC which can be used in Altair. Both Allen and Gates had never seen an Altair and did not even have one line of code written. That was an unadulterated lie.
Who on earth would know that they lied. MITS was eager to have a look at the code and this was the start of some serious homework for Bill, Allen and his well formed lie. But they stuck to what they promised. They had already informed that they would show what they have in a couple of months.
After days and nights of coding forgetting and forgetting sleep and food, they could now say that the code is now real and not a lie. Bill did most of the coding and Allen worked on stimulating a PDP-10 to work like Altair. As you know, they have never seen one.
Allen now flew to MITS to show their BASIC. They had never tested in an Altair. It should work perfectly or it would be a failure shattering their dreams. Well, Allen entered the program in Altair. Hurray! It worked perfectly the very first time. Well it should, as it was coded by none other than the master, Bill Gates. MITS was impressed and got the rights to their BASIC.
Within few months, Allen convinced Bill Gates to drop out of Harvard and thus Microsoft was born. Isn’t the rest History? Surely, they dream what a common man would call “the impossible”.
But he make it possible.
